Shipping policy

Everything we sell is made by hand after you order it, so please allow time for production before your order ships.

PRODUCTION TIME

Most orders are made and shipped within 7 to 10 business days.

Hand painted banners and large team orders take longer. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks.

If you need something by a specific date, message us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

SHIPPING

We ship nationwide from Chicago, IL. Orders go out by USPS with tracking, and you will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order.

DELIVERY

Once your package leaves us it is in the carrier's hands. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after shipping, but that is not something we control.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to cover the cost of reshipping an order that was sent to an address entered incorrectly.

If your tracking says delivered and you cannot find your package, check with your neighbors and your local post office first, then message us and we will help you sort it out.

TEAM AND BULK ORDERS

Team orders of 10 or more pieces are welcome and are often shipped together to one address. Message us before ordering so we can plan production and give you pricing.
